Bleeding your brakes literally means providing too much brake fluids to your brake piston. This, in turn, damages your brake piston along with the master cylinder which contains it, particularly if you have a hydraulic brake system on your automobile or machine. The damage on both the piston and the master cylinder is caused by the excessive amount of hydraulic brake fluids that is sent to the piston which it must fully utilize in order to exert pressure against the brake shoes located in each wheel. The piston together with the master cylinder must consume the excessive amount of brake fluids it had received by bleeding your brakes, and this causes it to work excessively which thus damages the piston ring along with the master cylinder.
If bleeding your brakes has posed to be a recurring problem for your machine or automobile, you should carefully inspect the piston together with the master cylinder which makes up your hydraulic brake system. You should immediately replace damaged piston rings since master cylinders and pistons of hydraulic brake systems are quite damage-repellant, with the exception of extreme cases of bleeding your brakes. You should also check the tubes that carry hydraulic brake fluids to the piston inside the master cylinder. Leaking tubes would also mean the inefficiency of your brake pedal to functionally monitor the amount of brake fluids it sends to the piston, and this can be the primary cause of bleeding your brakes. With this, you should immediately replace leaking tubes in order to maximize the efficiency of your hydraulic brake system when it comes to its consumption of brake fluids.
